Job description:
Based in Shanghai/Guangzhou, and reporting to the Director Manager, you will be responsible for:
1.Advising on IP protection services and in developing innovative and effective enforcement services to clients;
2. Work closely with internal lawyers to deal with online infringement and civil litigation cases;
3.Handle online/offline investigations and enforcement with the assistance from investigators or agencies;
4.Coordinate with law enforcement departments according to the company’s procedures, properly arrange supervision of enforcement actions and related evidence collection;
5.Communicate with investigators, lawyers and other parties to ensure complete and smooth of the project /case progress, solve the problems arising from the services;
6.Prepare necessary complaint materials, authorization and verification documents on behalf of client;
7.Provide project/case updates and report to client as required;
8.Other task and support to the Director Manager and senior staff.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in law or English. Minimum of 3-year experience in IP/Brand Protection field (International stakeholder experience is preferred);
2.Excellent English and Chinese language communication skills, both verbal and written;
3.High level of data analysis & accurate reporting skills with excellent attention to detail;
4.Experience in delivering reports and presentations to a high standard;
5.Strong administrative and organizational skills;
6.Able to demonstrate independent working, problem-solving & prioritization skills;
7.Ability to work under pressure & with ever changing priorities.
Job description:

2. Assisting partners in communication with clients, drafting project proposals etc;
3. Independently advising on legal issues proving legal solutions to clients;
4. Communicating with other association or organization, including branch office partners, external partner law firms, partner investigation agencies, etc., to coordinate with the smooth process of various legal matters;
5. Assisting partners in other legal matters;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in law with a minimum of 2-year of practicing law in mainland China;
2. Expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition law, trade secret, etc., with certain practice experience and a certain client (or potential client) base.
3. A good command of English, or other foreign language such as Japanese or French, and overseas working experiences are preferred.
4. Proactive, self-driven, ability to work under pressure & with ever changing priorities.
5. Able to demonstrate independent working, problem-solving & prioritization skills
6. . Patent lawyers are preferred.
